They are rustic but cozy, comfortable yet basic. Located centrally in a village close to all amenities, the Confederation Trail, Les Iles de la Madeleine Ferry Terminal(CTMA), Souris beach and other famous beaches are a close drive away. A family destination, 5 minutes from all the attractions and so close to neighbouring towns. Cottage is located in the back corner of a 5 acre resort partially surrounded by trees but close enough through a pathway to access the games room and outdoor pool. Close to all amenities but you'll feel like you're miles from everything in this quiet location. Miracles on Polly - Memory Lane Cabin

Inspired by Mother Goose, or the figures one holds dear. A place for her to rest after a long fairy tale journey. Designed specifically for this picturesque piece of Prince Edward Island, these new Shipping Container Cottages allow for panoramic views from the end of Queens Point on Tracadie Bay. Fully functional kitchen with efficient tiny home appliances, full bath with corner shower, a Queen bed with a twin above it in the upper container and a twin on the main level. Three decks, two are rooftops. Hot tub is only operational from Sept - June, NOT July and August unless requested in advance.

Angela's Cottage by the Sea

Looking for a spot just a short stroll to a private rustic ungroomed beach but not on the water. So we don’t have a water view. The view at the beach is spectacular with panoramic view of the Confederation Bridge. We have a new red roof so we are easier to find. It is perfect for a family or a romantic getaway. Air conditioning and deep soaker tub in master suite. We also have lots of space, a large lot, fire pit and outdoor games for all ages.

North Rustico Waterfront - Million Dollar View!

Our 4-season waterfront vacation home is located in the village of North Rustico...one of PEI's most popular vacation destinations! North Rustico is a small, active, fishing village located just east of Cavendish. We are a 20 minute drive from the airport, a 45 minute drive from the Confederation Bridge and 25 minutes from downtown Charlottetown. The house has a panoramic view of Rustico Bay and sunsets from the front deck are breathtaking!

Century home & impressive waterview

The farmhouse is 100+ years old, located in an ideal country setting with an impressive water view, close to many amenities and only 25 mins from Charlottetown and 15 mins from the ferry. The house was vacant for over 10 years before I purchased it. It's been a challenging but rewarding process, bringing it back to life. There are still a few little projects to get to but for the most part, it's a cozy old home filled with character.
