The Mermaid Shore House is a brand new wheelchair accessible build overlooking the Hillsborough River, a small beach and city lights of Charlottetown. This well equipped two bedroom house is bright and spacious with numerous windows that take advantage of the stunning water views and sunsets. Designed specifically for this picturesque piece of Prince Edward Island, these new Shipping Container Cottages allow for panoramic views from the end of Queens Point on Tracadie Bay. Fully functional kitchen with efficient tiny home appliances, full bath with corner shower, a Queen bed with a twin above it in the upper container and a twin on the main level. Three decks, two are rooftops. Hot tub is only operational from Sept - June, NOT July and August unless requested in advance.
