Beach House si trova sulle rive del lago Trasimeno. La posizione è incantevole, è una delle poche proprietà situata sulle rive del lago. La posizione consente di ammirare tramonti mozzafiato in tutte le stagioni dell'anno, dove le sfumature e la magia dei colori rimarranno per sempre un meraviglioso ricordo. La rivista scientifica “FOCUS” ha inserito il paese della Beach House, tra i dieci luoghi dove poter ammirare i tramonti più belli al mondo. È possibile ammirare la numerosa fauna del lago.

Relax in this peaceful renovated hilltop farmhouse between Tuscany and Umbria. Dating back to the 1200's, stone house has been lovingly maintained in it's original style. You can enjoy the privacy of one part of the typical italian "casale", with more than one hectar of garden, including the large 72 square meter pool with 270 view of the Italian countryside . In addition, the surrounding nature provides hiking and fishing opportunities on the lake only 30min walking time.

This is our vacation home in beautiful Bolsena. We rent it out when we do not use it ourselves. This view is from our rooftop terrace. It overlooks the Santa Cristina Basilica and Bolsena lake - the largest lake of volcanic origin in Europe. Our house is located in the center of the old town, only a few minutes walk from the waterfont with its charming marina, peaceful beaches and numerous good restaurants. Pets are allowed upon request.
