This is our home and we usually live here when we host guests. The kitchen is only available for heating water for drinks or reheating food in microwave We live between Queenstown and Arrowtown in Lake Hayes Estate, an established neighborhood of modern homes with mountain views. You can experience bee-keeping with Keith as we have 2 hives in our garden! A cafe (The Hayes)is within easy walking distance of our home. Two large shopping centers and the airport are within 10-15 minutes drive.

Breakfast Barista coffee, and a complimentary continental breakfast included. exterior and interior steps, moderate fitness required.

The property boasts elevated uninterrupted views, of the lake and mountains. We have a pico craft brewery on site, with spring waters taken at a waterfall on our property .

Our FULLY insulated, although it may not appear so, family barn, is cosy and warm with all the comforts of home......Insulation between TWO outer layers of corrugated iron. Apple TV with unlimited broadband, wood burner and even a pool table! Themed throughout as a rustic barn with many things to see and do it has rustic ambiance yet with a touch of the unusual! No smoking/vaping.

A charming sunny room with a Double bed, Single bed and a small child’s bed. Perfect for a single occupant, couples or those travelling with young children. There is also access to a shared outdoor seating area in the garden. A Nespresso coffee machine is in the room. Our delicious home cooked breakfast is available as an add on ($25pp) to your booking. Arrowtown Lodge is located on a tree-lined street just a 2 minute stroll from the town centre.

No access to kitchen or laundry. Breakfast supplied in your room for you to prepare at your convenience. The bedroom has a queen bed with an electric blanket and sleeps a maximum of 2 people . The bathroom and seperate toilet both with underfloor heating, are located beside your room for your exclusive use, accessed from the hallway. Space not shared with any other guests. Free WiFi.
