This journey, along with my new wife Joy, has lead to us becoming Airbnb hosts. Our eclectic, cozy, charming, spacious and right on the Bayou listing is a place we are sure you’ll love. Come stay in a spectacular space with access to your very own private basketball court and shared access to an indoor/outdoor swimming pool. Your cozy bedroom is outfitted with a tv, work desk, and a queen size bed. Enjoy a nicely stocked kitchenette, (hotel style) and full bathroom with shower. There are two twin floor mattresses available for the gym floor right around the corner from the bedroom. No living room included. Parties or unauthorized guests will result in cancelation/ no refund.

Welcome to your enchanting Carriage House nestled on the historic grounds of Layton Castle in Monroe, Louisiana. More than 4 people can stay on air mattresses, chair beds for an additional fee. FYI - the bath tub is a large jacuzzi downstairs so can be difficult for people who have mobility issues getting in & out.

The Coleman House

We have easy access to and from the Interstate, allowing those passing through to have a convenient layover. The Coleman House is a spacious two-story country-style home with 1768 square feet of living space, two covered porches, and a covered carport located approximately one mile from Well Road Exit (Exit 112) off Interstate 20. There are many fast food restaurants within a mile. Also, there is a great public, family-friendly nature hiking trail within about 2 miles, the Restoration Park.
