La Vieille Cure

LaViellie Cure in one of the oldest house in Franschhoek, built earlier than 1850 and declared National Monument in 1981. The cottage has its own private entrance and cozy courtyard with mountain view and pergolas at the front and back patios. The house is nestled behind a small olive grove of 16 trees and is a 1 minute walk to the famous stoop of the Royal Hotel. With a long veranda, harvest-spread style table, built-in braai area, veggie garden and farm-style plunge pool, the house lends itself to slow living in relaxed luxury. The cottage offers free wifi and is backed up by solar power.
