There is Direct ATV access from this property on the Town of South Fork’s Trail System to the National Forest Roads. You DO NOT have to trailer your ATV’s from this property. There is room to park Trucks & Trailers as well. You can watch the ducks and geese float by on the river. There is public access to fish a couple hundred yards away and a public boat ramp. This 1000sq ft cabin in the country with a very rural setting. It is quiet and relaxing, has a wood stove and is close to outdoor activities. Penitent Canyon, La Garita, hiking, mountain biking, rock climbing, 4wheeling, ATV trails, snowmobiling, skiing (Wolf Creek is 50 min drive). It has a canal running by in the summer. Between the 4 decks attached to the cabin, log porch swing, and fire pit area with Adirondack Chairs, you will have no trouble finding a proper place to relax. You will also have access to the detached garage to safely store your gear out of the elements.

The old gold mine by South Fork, It was the shop that was up there. It was taken down and we reassembled the metal part and built this.

This beautiful home is located in the outskirts of the small town of Del Norte, CO. The house itself sits on a small river side ranch mainly used for grazing cattle. With roughly 70 acres of wide open fields, and nearly a 1/4 mile of river front property, the views do not disappoint. The Riverside Ranch House is located not far from local mountain biking/ hiking and OHV trails for any one with recreational interests.
