Villa Caravaggio is nestled between the beautiful scenic country side of Campofilone and the endless beaches of the Adriatic cost. The Villa is surrounded by old olive trees, vineyards and pristine farm land. Villa Caravaggio is only 3 km away from numerous beaches, idyllic towns, restaurants and promenades.

Een echte plek voor rust liefhebbers die houden van vergezichten over druiven, graan en zonnebloem velden met een goed glas wijn. Links op de heuvel de oude stad Ripatransone en op rechts Massignano. Cupra maritima is op slechts 7km en heeft prachtige zandstranden en vele gezellige strandtenten. Het gaat om gehele boven etage met eigen ingang. Het is 75 m2 met 2 slaapkamers en kleine keuken met zit hoek.

La Volta: a unique stay in the heart of Fermo

La Volta is an underground brick dome in Fermo’s historic centre, equidistant between the Duomo and the Piazza. An unassuming street door leads to a shared, steep passage. At the base, a private entrance opens into the circular space below. The brick dome stays naturally cool in summer. The structure is simple and intact; the atmosphere comes from the architecture itself. Private access to a private garden and hill views complete a stay that is quiet, central and full of character.

La sua posizione privilegiata garantisce viste uniche che raramente si trovano tutte insieme all’interno di un edificio storico. da un lato abbiamo il caratteristico borgo e il mare in lontananza, dall’’altro lato invece una vista sconfinata verso le stupende colline marchigiane.
