The tiny home has a comfortable 400+ sf deck that overlooks the rows of grapes, raspberries, seasonal veggies, chicken coop and a small orchard on site. The rented space will be the entire tiny house and surrounding deck/ fenced area but the rest of the property, including the Chicken Cabana, an exterior bathroom with toilet, is an occasionally shared space. Cozy, newly remodeled and well located, our guesthouse is a great place to stay. We put lots of thought and care in designing a space that people will truly enjoy. We are located in the heart of the beautiful College neighborhood, walkable to Roseburg Square shops and food as well as the Virginia Trail. We are close to downtown and have plenty of street parking, as well as a side gate with driveway that goes right up to the guest house.

I have one bedroom w/ a private bath available in my (3) bedroom, (2) bathroom home. My home is located in a very nice and quiet neighborhood of Ripon .. a few blocks from historical downtown, a short drive to many great restaurants and wine bars, and is easy freeway access to Highway 99. There is access to a full kitchen and bar, laundry room and backyard, and a console piano should you be inclined to play.
