Although it is a basement, there are a few stairs to access the space, yet the entrances & hallways are more than 5' wide. Each bdrm has large window & black out blinds. The space is equipped with Geothermal for heating & cooling. Children and pets are welcome but please be respectful of space.

The kitchen is stocked with appliances and all cooking needs. There are three bedrooms upstairs and sleeps six: one queen, and two doubles. There is a fourth bedroom on the main floor off the kitchen with two twin beds. A short walk will take you to downtown Sydney. Wentworth Park is two blocks away. Ample parking
