As for the hairdryer, we simply do not have one. We suggested purchasing one at the nearby pharmacy as a solution, which you appear to take issue with. I am so sorry about that, and I hope in time you can heal from such an affront to your sensibilities.
The next guest was scheduled to come on time, and to accommodate your request (1) we needed to ask the next guest to come later by having a late lunch on our dime and (2) ask the cleaning staff to change their schedule at the last minute, which would cause us to incur additional costs, all so you could have a late check out. But, perhaps you were not made aware of this imposition, and clearly your sense of entitlement is strong. Again, I am so sorry about that, and I hope in time you can heal from such an affront to your sensibilities.
