Modern beach house with huge fenced backyard perfect for one or two families or small group of friends wanting a relaxed, quiet summer holiday. 4 bedrooms, 2 king beds, 2 living rooms, 2 covered decks and 2 minute flat stroll to the beach, playground, theatre and cafes.
Price includes linen, towels, cleaning and kitchen stocked with essentials, wifi, Foxtel, Xbox, huge library, toys, trampoline, basketball court, table tennis, soccer pitch, cubby house with slide, swings and fresh herb garden.

Large modern beach house 100 metre flat stroll to the beach, theatre, cafes and playpark. Perfect for one or two families or a small group of friends wanting a relaxing summer holiday at stunning Avoca Beach, 75 minutes drive north of Sydney.

Well equipped kitchen and cupboards stocked with basics like olive oil, spices, sauces etc. Fresh linen and towels are provided so all you have to do is chill out and enjoy the huge backyard with basketball court and trampoline, large covered entertaining deck with bbq and table tennis, two separate living rooms well stocked with video games, DVDs, board games and toys. There is another covered deck upstairs so plenty of individual spaces to relax separately.

-3 spacious bedrooms + large rumpus room accommodating maximum 10 guests:
Bedroom 1: luxury pillow top king bed, ensuite and access to deck.
Bedroom 2: luxury pillow top king bed which can also be 2 x large single beds if preferred (please advise).
Bedroom 3: tri bunk bed (double bed below with single bed on top) + 1 single bed.
Rumpus: 2 single beds.

-Linen and bath towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.

-Large covered entertaining deck at rear with outdoor fans and gas bbq, overlooking the huge yard and Southend nature reserve that leads to the picture theatre.

-Massive enclosed flat backyard with Springfree trampoline, cubby house, giant slide, swings, soccer pitch and a mini basketball court! Direct access to Southend nature reserve.

-Large modern kitchen with gas and induction cooking, pyrolytic oven, dishwasher, cooking equipment and modern appliances including a Nutribullet for juicing.

-Spacious comfortable living room with classic old piano, flat screen TV, Foxtel, Xbox and games, DVD player and many DVDs for adults and kids.

-Huge extendable dining table seats from 6 - 12 people.

-Internal laundry with washing machine, dryer and wall-mounted ironing board.

-Guest toilet downstairs, main bathroom upstairs contains a bath, shower toilet and heated towel rail.

After booking is confirmed guests will receive by text a unique security code for the keyless front door the day of arrival. This changes for each booking and the number then deleted for your security. It's a great way of simplifying key collection, access for groups and no need to take keys to the beach! It also gives you more privacy and eliminates interference with owners so you can just relax and enjoy your holiday immediately upon arrival.
