We are normally in the area so we are available for any emergencies should they arise This apartment is 300 metres from Bondi Beach. Nothing is too far to reach on foot. There are fantastic coffee shops and bars, modern restaurants, and trendy shops. There are a variety of bus routes that are within 300 metres Street parking is available but rather expensive. Beach parking can be arranged for longer stays.

Located in a cul-de-sac, this apartment is at the front of the property and enjoys extensive views from both balconies. Private stairs from street level take you to a bright open-plan living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. The area opens to a large balcony with a gas barbecue. Another staircase takes you to an equally bright airy master suite. The modern bathroom has a shower, large spa bath and double sinks. No parties allowed, it is on the lower level of our house, which overlooks Sydney Harbour, It has its own private entrance and is totally separate, it has direct access to the beach in Clontarf, there are 62 steps up to the apartment. We are on the Spit bridge to Manly walk which is stunning. Seaforth Village and Manly are close. Sandy bar cafe at the Marina and Bosk in Park, also a wide variety of first-class dining and shopping options are close by
