Directly overlooking exclusive Nuns Beach accessible from a private path from the yard to the beach, the property is set next to state forest with echidna. Cutlery and crockery for 12 is provided in a full kitchen with cookware and coffee machine. Internal dining table seats 10 with outdoor table for 8-10, gas barbecue and sun lounges. Set in a serene setting, the 2700 sqm yard is secluded with no proximate neighbours. Pet friendly.

Our comfortable, well-equipped self-contained unit is situated underneath our family home. It is 1 km from the beach and the river, and 6 km from the country town of Moruya on the NSW South Coast. Swimming, fishing, kayaking, markets, bush walking, bike trails, or relaxing - it's all here for you and your family. Your pet is welcome too. We have a large grass area fenced with l.6 m high wire where your dog can run, and our local beach is a 24 hour off-leash doggy playground!

Nearby cafes are available for meals or you can cook simple meals. Take one minute walk to Guerilla Bay beach or enjoy stunning views from your own outside table in the front garden. Wallabys, echidnas and monitor lizards are common.
