It has a a fully equipped kitchen open to the dining and living area. The separate bedroom has a queen bed and attached bath. Yes - there is wifi, cable, 2 tv's, and a washer and dryer. Old Florida Beach has a wide private beach, as well as a beautiful, large heated community pool. 2 bicycles and beach chairs are included.
