Apartment Porat is brand new apartment in my family house, old about 300 years. Feel the scent of Croatian history in luxury apartment just 3 meters from the sea. Wake up in the morning with the sunshine above Porat- small port in Kastel Novi. Live like locals, go to nearby bakery for your breakfast, drink morning coffee.... swim or fish just a few steps from apartment. Relax in the shadow of the stone garden with scents of rosemary and capers.. Enjoy in nearby restaurants, night swimming...

Fully equipped for a peaceful, pleasant and carefree vacation. This apartment has a kitchen with a dining room and a living room. There are also two bedrooms, one of them has its own bathroom, while the other bathroom is located in the hallway of the apartment. There is a large terrace where you can enjoy meals or evening gatherings. During your stay, you can use the pool or a special facility with a barbecue and seating area. The pool is not heated. This is one of 3 apartments in our property.

The villa is on two floors, connected by internal stairs. On the ground floor there is a living room with exit and pool view, kitchen with exit to a covered outdoor bbq ,a bathroom, and room an en suite bathroom On the second floor are 3 rooms, a gallery overlooking the sky and the bathroom. Outside there is a pool, a sunbathing area, a shower, a jacuzzi and trampoline. The house has 4 parking spaces, Split is 16km, airport 3km, Trogir 13km, beach very near,Bus, pharmacy, market, bakery 100m.

Nerium Penthouse

Between the beautiful Renaissance and Baroque palaces in the heart of Trogir, lies our apartment. It's infused with modern touches while remaining true to it's heritage, and centuries old features. It is situated on the second floor of the old townhouse. The main gate and courtyard are the entrance to the old townhouse complex, with the old stone staircase leading to the first floor and the entrance of the Penthouse. Another flight of steep narrow stairs leads to the second floor, and attic.

Private villa with a heated pool and views of the Bay of Kastel and the archipelago of Split, which is located in Rudine (Kastela). The villa and the gardens are completely closed and private so you can enjoy complete privacy. Far from the crowd, but close. The large heated pool with massage is created for enjoyment. There is a railway line about 150 metres away and the bus stop which is 600 metres away. Split and Trogir is about 20 minutes away by car. The nearby beach is 5 minutes by car.

Ovaj apartman sastoji se od kuhinje s blagavaonicom i dnevnim boravkom te dvije spavaće sobe od kojih jedna ima vlastitu kupaonicu, dok je druga kupaonica smještena u hodniku apartmana. Posjeduje terasu na kojoj možete uživati u obrocima ili večernjim druženjima s pogledom na cijeli kaštelanski zaljev i Split. Tijekom boravka su vam na raspolaganju bazen i kamin s prostorom za roštiljanje i sjedenje. Bazen nije grijan.
