It is self-contained and is close to Goodwood, Chichester Theatre, great bike routes, local pubs and, of course, the sea is on your doorstep. Open-plan fully-equipped new kitchen, big comfortable sofa, TV/Wifi, separate shower room. Super king double bed, plus 2 single beds on large mezzanine floor with a sea view.

The Beach House is a cosy, self contained, nautical themed one-bedroom annexe situated within a two minute walk to the lovely beach at Hill Head. The annexe has been newly decorated and comes with private parking. The property provides easy access to surrounding areas such as Lee-on-Solent and Portsmouth and is ideally situated for walkers being on the England Coastal path and close to the South Downs Way. Families welcome, property sleeps 3-4 with sofa bed in lounge area. Dogs welcome.

The deck includes BBQ, sunken seating area, fire pit, pontoon, and slipway for launching small boats, canoes, paddle boards and paddling. It's a great spot to watch visiting birds in Autumn/Winter. This is a pet free property. The creek is tidal.

There is a local farm shop within walking distance with lots of locally sourced products. The Billy Trail with the oyster beds are a 4 minute drive or 20 minute walk. The main sea front at Hayling Island is a 7 minute drive and provides beautiful beaches both sandy and stones and offers traditional entertainment with crazy golf, slot machines and various rides.
