Primero subiremos la montaña llamada Independencia 1, La cual es el Barrio con más grafitis en todo Medellín, y les estaremos explicando la historia detrás de Muchos de esos grafitis. Luego entraremos en la casa de mi abuela, (Esto en caso de que el guía sea Jamerson o Jeaneth). Probaremos un helado especial y típico de mango con sal y limón el cual se incluye en el recorrido, y dentro de la casa de mi abuela les explicaré todo sobre el doloroso pasado de la Comuna 13, Nuestras historias personales, tal cual como las historias de los locales de Esta Comuna. Luego tomaremos las escaleras Eléctricas que conducen a la cima de la montaña y te mostraré un mirador increíble para ver toda la ciudad de Medellín, (Aquí probaremos mas comida local). Luego iremos a Independencia 2 para ver más sobre la segunda parte de la historia, Te estaremos explicando sobre la fosa común urbana más grande en todo el mundo, Tal cual como el Presente y Transformación de la Comuna 13. Luego regresaremos al punto de encuentro a finalizar el tour.

Este tour incluye transporte desde Guadalajara y entradas a todos los lugares que ves en las fotos. La cita es en Av. Chapultepec, es una zona muy bonita para hospedarse y para disfrutar de la ciudad. Es por eso que elegimos esa ubicación. Visitaremos La Rojeña, que es la fábrica más antigua y famosa de José Cuervo, sin duda la más emblemática en la historia del Tequila. En el centro histórico de Tequila Jalisco, para conocerás sus lugares emblemáticos como la parroquia Santiago Apostol, la Plaza Principal, las letras gigantes y las tiendas de fábrica más famosas de tequila. Tendremos 2 horas de tiempo libre para que puedan comer y seguir degustando tequilas. De ahí nos vamos al columpio y mirador de agaves. En los campos de agave podrás tomar esa bonita foto del recuerdo y conocer más sobre la planta Agave Azul Tequilana Weber. Continuamos con nuestro tour hacia los famosos Cantaritos del Guero en Amatitan Jalisco, otro pueblo muy bonito de nuestro estado. Estaremos de regreso mas tardar a las 19:00 horas en el mismo punto donde salimos por la mañana, ya como todos unos Expertos en Tequila! With guided, professional instruction, you'll have a fun and creative time making an item out of clay on a pottery wheel. I will show you how to work with the clay, get it ready for the wheel, center it, and eventually start shaping. Usually students can make either a small bowl, plate, mug or vase on their first try. You will get up to 30 minutes of time on the wheel which is plenty to create one item, and then you can add accents to your piece i.e. handle and you'll get to handbuild for the remainder of the time (add accents to your piece). You can take the pottery home with you the same day you make them, or—if you'd like—I can fire your work, glaze it, and ship it to you for a small fee. We will meet on the docks of East Boston where we will tear into and slurp dozens of local oysters, harvested by our oyster farmer friends, while looking over the harbor and skyline. You will learn how to properly shuck an oyster and will go home with a shucking knife of your own. The memories will be in the details. We will set up in "flash-mob" "pop-up" style along the water. Durante el recorrido, te contaremos sobre la historia del lugar y su importancia para la sostenibilidad de la Ciudad de México. En el camino, conocerás la riqueza biológica del sitio, como aves, serpientes, ranas y plantas. Arribaremos a una chinampa donde podrás ensuciarte las manos experimentando la técnica de cultivo ancestral y descubrirás por qué es considerada patrimonio de la humanidad. Además, te involucrarás en las actividades diarias de la chinampa como siembra, riego, cosecha y ensemillado de cultivos. Antes de regresar a tierra firme, tendrás tiempo de relajarte y disfrutar la paz del lugar. Este es un recorrido cultural que ayuda a promover el desarrollo comunitario del humedal.

El primer paso será mostrarte los ingredientes que puedes encontrar en los hogares oaxaqueños, una de las ventajas de nuestra experiencia es que contamos con un jardín con hierbas y chiles orgánicos. Elaboramos quesillo y queso fresco todos los días. Mi hijo Baldo compartirá su conocimiento acerca del mezcal, una cata en la cual podrás tomar degustar tanto como gustes, además de agua fresca, refrescos y jugos. Botanas? Claro que si, pero lo tienes que hacer al estilo oaxaqueño, lo que significa gusanos, chicatanas y chapulines. ¿Has escuchado algo sobre el metate y como se hacen las tortillas a mano? además de tortillas elaboraremos tetelas, memelas y tlayudas. Haremos diferentes salsas utilizando ingredientes de la temporada todo cocinado sobre comal, leña y brasas al carbón. El mole es un emblema de la cocina oaxaqueña y cocinaremos uno de los 7 moles utilizando el metate. No te puedes ir sin probar el mole negro, chocolate de agua, café de olla, nieves y un rico pastel. Todos participaran en los procesos, cortando, moliendo, elaborando salsas y por supuesto comiendo, recuerda cuando visitas una casa en Oaxaca tienes que venir con el estomago vacío. Las clases están disponibles en Inglés y español. Ofrecemos clases para veganos y vegetarianos siempre y cuando me lo hagan saber con anticipación. Me llena de emoción enseñarte todo sobre la cocina oaxaqueña.

Live a true El Yunque rainforest experience with a local. Excellent for foodies and adventure fans. We visit 2 waterfalls and the famous waterslide. TRANSPORTATION INCLUDED. Adventure to pure rainforest and learn the history of its unique flora & fauna like iguanas, guava trees, bamboos and 300 year old trees. We drive to the East side of El Yunque Rainforest. On arrival we do a 30 minute hike to the first waterfall & watering hole. There you can enjoy the landscape, swim in the water, and scenic waterfall. Further up, after a 15 minute hike (High difficulty level), there is another waterfall with a natural waterslide. We end the trip by stopping for lunch at a local family owned restaurant that serves authentic grandma style food (Food not included in price). The hike for these outdoor wonders requires regular shoes with “good grip” that can get wet and muddy. The trail is very muddy and clothes will get fully wet. NO FLIPS FLOPS OR CROCS ALLOWED. Safety is my priority and we will have a fun adventure to show you the authentic essence of Puerto Rico & secret gems of the rainforest. Good Physical Condition required. Hike can be challenging for participants that are not active or exercise regularly. Bring water, towels/change of clothes for a full day of fun and beautiful new experiences. La Jolla Bay is a Marine Protected Area that is home to a thriving ecosystem that boasts a high concentration of sea life, has a natural boat launch, which allows safe ocean entry year-round, and is famous for its Sea Caves and Marine Reserve. No experience is required. Great for all skill levels. Your guide will kick things off with a paddle tutorial on the beach. If surf exists, we will help push your kayak through any breakers. As we paddle through La Jolla’s Marine Reserve keep an eye out for Seals, Sea Lions, Sea Turtles, Pelicans, Dolphin and Gray whales in the fall/winter. Note: We cannot guarantee sea life. If conditions are safe, we will help guide your kayak into Emerald Cave. If it's not safe to enter Emerald Cave, we will still paddle out & explore La Jolla's World-Famous Marine Reserve. Acompáñame a una emocionante y divertida aventura en “buggy car”, la misma recorrerá paisajes y plantaciones de café, cacao y tabaco. Los buggy son dobles para 2 personas y familiar para 4 ( Las reserva son de 2 personas en adelante ) El recorrido empieza desde el momento que estés en nuestro transporte , dura en total de aproximadamente de 4 horas desde el momento de la recogida. Visitaremos una casa típica dominicana donde conocerá los diferentes procesos y productos de los cultivos recorridos y podrá deleitarse de un mundo nuevo de sabores y olores de nuestra patria. Continuaremos el recorrido en “buggy car” hacia Playa Macao. Permítase nadar en sus refrescantes aguas. Luego conduciremos hasta llegar a una cueva subterránea de aguas cristalinas, donde podrá disfrutar de un exótico y refrescante baño. La Clase de Cocina Oaxaqueña Vegetariana, haremos un recorrido por un hermoso barrio tradicional de Oaxaca, te prestare un “chiquigüite y mandil” ocupado para ir al mercado tradicionalmente, haremos un recorrido por el barrio de la Merced, pasaremos pos las iglesias más bonitas y caminaremos por parques reguardados por bellos arboles, casas de cantera rosa, verde y amarilla, te mostraré parques bellos del barrio colonial y secretos de esta zona de la ciudad. A mitad de nuestro recorrido conoceremos unos productores de hortalizas y verduras orgánicas frescas de un pueblo cercano a la ciudad cultivado orgánicamente y cosechado por la mañana, posteriormente visitaremos a algunas productoras del mercado del barrio, probaremos algunos antojitos y compraremos algunos insumos para nuestra clase de cocina vegetariana oaxaqueña. Regresaremos a nuestro punto de inicio para comenzar la clase y brindar toda la información de nuestro menú, prepararemos todo fresco, un plato fuerte, una ensalada, agua y hasta un postre y todo cuidado por un fogón tradicional.
