This one is easy walking distance - from the front door go left down Peakview, cross over to the right on Boston and it's just up at the corner of Arapahoe & Boston. Bella and I often walk there on Sunday mornings.

Great little coffee/tea shop as an alternative to Starbucks. It's just across Arapahoe and a little bit East, right by Natural Grocers, an awesome organic grocery store. Milano has free wifi, baked good and fabulous tea drinks. Comfy place to sit and do some work or have a meeting

They have delicious breakfasts and great salad combos, pizza too. Just exit the apartment and go right, right again and you'll be walking on Yosemite. End of the street is a stop sign, go left, then right at the next stop sign. You'll go under a bridge and be at the light rail station - keep going to Caley (signal), make a right, then a right again on Yosemite. Up and over the freeway to the second signal and turn right - you're there! You'll also find another Starbucks and a Sprouts in this shopping center.
