I love rum. This is a tiki bar. It's a bit kitsch but the decorations are authentic (from some eccentric millionaire's collection) and the drinks are good - not as sweet as normal tiki drinks.

The Pho is so good. The atmosphere in this one is in between the dive-type (Pho Duy) and the upscale type (New Saigon).
