Broadway Tower is a Folly on Broadway Hill, and is the second highest point in the Cotswolds. It is also rumoured to be the inspiration for Tolkens Tower of Isengard. There are some brilliant views over 16 counties and lovely walks around the tower as well as a fabulous cafe.
