Mexicanized Italian cuisine. As an Italian, I wouldn't recommend this to other Italians because they changed traditional recipes to be more appealing to Mexican and Tourists, but in general, you can eat fairly good food for a very honest price. If you are not a purist of Italian cusine, this is a decent restaurant.

Supermarket
Definitely the best supermarket in the area. A bit more expensive than the competition, but totally worth it. The bakery, fruit and vegetables, meat and fish, imported goods, everything is top quality. There is also a cafè inside where I go when I feel like having an Italian style breakfast. The Pain au Chocolat and Cappucino are top-notch. The staff is very friendly too.

Whale Watching in Bay of Banderas on a 30 meters Catamaran. They offer you snacks, food, and drinks. They also offer other types of tours. If you are worried about big waves or close proximity to 60 feet whales, this big boat will keep you safe.

When visiting Vallarta, you can't miss the Marietas Islands and their hidden beach. I haven't personally tried this tour, but its highly recommended by people I trust.
