Great breakfast spot, a staple of the southside. It's a family run spot that has first come first serve seating so try to get there early.

Gorgeous architecture. I highly recommend trying to get a seat on the couches upstairs (come early). If it's nice outside they have an excellent patio as well. They have a great cocktail list, extensive craft beer selection and fantastic atmosphere.

If you're looking for a slightly grittier bar check out the bitter alibi, right nextdoor to "JJ's Bohemia" it's a local hangout for hipsters who still enjoy a good beer menu and food. Not quite a dive bar, but definitely not gourmet either.
