Public transport subscriptions
You should set up a weekly subscription for public transport ( ATM is the company that handles them all ) . For shorter stays unlimited 2 day ticket or a 24h one are available. You can easily purchase any ticket at news papers stands around the city or in subway stations.

Take with you lots of small coins, you will be needing them to pay for anything from a coffee to a subway ticket, many places still do not accept cards.
