15 minute walk. The best fish & chips in Bondi (we’d argue Sydney). Great for a cheap lunch/dinner – eat in or take-away
Got your standard fish & chips, as well as healthy options with salad/veggies. Our recommendations are: chargrilled octopus with salad, grilled calamari (with anything), salmon with steamed vegetables.

Our recommendations are: oysters with ginger shallot or ponzu & trout rou, tuna tartare, crispy skin snapper, assorted sashimi. Soooo good! Book ahead if you can.

Drinks & Nightlife
If you want to venture out of Bondi, Cafe Lounge is great. There's lots to do in Surry Hills/Darlinghurst area and this is one of our favourites. Low 302 across the road is also great.

Great scenic spot for drinks by the beach. Head upstairs to the rooftop bar. It can be a little pretentious and usually has an upmarket 'Bondi hipster' crowd but they still do great cocktails and Greek food. Recommend going during the day when it's a little more chilled.

You won't miss the Bucket List, it's right on the beach. Has a great vibe, is usually packed, is very touristy and full of Bondi Hipsters but worth a look. Go for lunch, dinner or just drinks...

Not the icecream shop! ...but 'Ben & Jerry's Openair Cinema' at Bondi Beach. If you happen to be in Bondi over summer try and catch a movie here. Usually runs January-March but check the website for times: http://openaircinemas.com.au/bondi/
