Excellent place to ride bikes (available for rent at lake) or go for a walk. The loop around the lake is 7 miles if you'd like to do the entire trail, but easy to do an out-and-back as well.
Also a fun palce to take the kids as they have a playround and ducks to feed

This is downtown Winston-Salem's children's museum located only 1 mile from our house. Great place to take the kids to let them play to stay out of the rain, the heat or to just get out that extra energy. Lots of fun interactive activities!
