When I visit with my family, we enjoy the typical Mexican dishes like their famous chilaquiles and refreshing fresh squished juices. Everything is prepared to the minute and using local ingredients. A unique and delicious experience. During the day if you are lucky, you can see the monkeys on the trees.

Perfect for breakfast. They have it all from freshly baked croissants to omelets. All types of coffee and morning drinks. Crispy baguette sandwiches and many French style baked goods. It's usually crowded so plan to wait a few minutes or just order to go.

You can take the ferry from Playa to visit the beautiful Cozumel Island. Once you arrive at the island, adjacent to the port there are small boats you can hire for an island tour. They can take to preserved beaches with beautiful flora and fauna to explore. Cozumel is world-renowned for scuba diving due to its second largest reef system in the world with extensive coral reefs and sea life.
