Peruvian food takes the crown when it comes to Latin food, in my opinion.
Lots to try, but ceviche is what they are know for. ( seafood cooked only in citrus juices)

Sirloin 1/2 pound patty is delicious.

I didn't know Haitian food was so delicious. A must every time I'm in South Beach.
