It's best to travel by train to Sydney CBD locations because car parking is limited and very expensive ($10 for half an hour). You will need to buy an Opal card and top up credit on it to travel on trains, buses and ferries in Sydney. Any train stations should have Opal card selling outlets. Remember to "tap on" and "tap off" when getting on and off public transport to get the correct fare.

Parks & Nature

Most famous beach in Sydney. It's a very popular place. You can drive here although parking will be a bit challenging. Or you can take a train to Bondi Junction station, then take bus to Bondi beach. Check out the Bondi to Bronte to Coogee walk along the coastal line - it's one of the most beautiful coastal walks!!

For a longer trip with chance to experience cruising on Sydney Harbour, take the ferry from Circular Quay Ferry Wharf to Manly beach. This beach has long stretch of sand and a fun surrounding with lots of shops and activities.
