This is our favorite place for happy hour or to grab dinner out (without the kids if possible :)! If you like sushi, and you love fish tacos, this will blow your mind! Think spicy tuna tacos with amazing sauces drizzled over them...
I would suggest the upgraded margs, the normal ones are super sugary though.

Drinks & Nightlife
This distillery of whiskey and gin is a great hangout in sort of a speakeasy, lower floor style, right in downtown Winter Park.
The Kentucky Mules use their own whiskey and fresh-pressed ginger to make an incredible cocktail! Also, they have tons of great appetizers like baked brussel sprouts that might just change your mind about vegetables :)

Idlewild Spirits Brewpub and Restaurant

The Kentucky Mules use their own whiskey and fresh-pressed ginger to make an incredible cocktail! Also, they have tons of great appetizers like baked brussel sprouts that might just change your mind about vegetables :)

Winter: Take the bus here in 20 minutes to avoid long walks from the parking lots. You'll get dropped off at the bus depot at the base - take the Willy Bus if you have kids and want to avoid pulling a cart of gear for 1/2 mile and get dropped off at the kids lift (Sorenson Park stop).
Summer: Alpine slide, downhill biking trails, and on summer weekends there are a plethora of family activities at the base. Some good restaurants (like Lime) to eat before heading back.
