This public school was designed by the celebrated Glasgow architect, Charles Rennie Mackintosh, between 1903-1906. Its now a Museum that tells the story of education in Scotland and also looks at the local history of the Kingston and Tradeston areas. Don't miss the horrible heedie tour if its on when you are in town. Closed Monday.

The newest venue on the block - museum storage for Glasgow Museums and the Hunterian - tours of Mackintosh interiors to Mrs Cranston's Ingram Street interiors starting in Autumn 2017. Also Scotland National Moving Image Archive - more than 100 years of Scottish history on film. Its also a great sports centre! Taking mixed use to the extreme but it works :) Building tours at Tuesday - 11am, Thursday - 11am, Friday - 1.30pm, Saturday - 11am and Sunday 1.30pm.
