The Mollestad oak ( near the Mollestad bridge ) is a well over 1000 ( yes - THOUSAND) year old oak. This oak saw the vikings, this oak saw the medieval kings, and this oak has survived 2 world wars.
The oak is so large 3 grown men can not reach around it.
Its well worth a visit.
