Arguably the best low key sushi in the city! You will likely have to wait but very worth it. All the fish is amazingly fresh. You can’t leave Vancouver without having had sushi! Walkable from our suite or a quick bus ride down Main Street.

Beautiful iconic Queen Elizabeth Park is well within walking distance from our place - caution there is a lot of uphill to get there. Perched on the highest spot in Vancouver - amazing views surrounded by amazing flowers - changed based on the season. If you are visiting during cherry blossom season this is a MUST SEE! Go to Seasons in the park for a drink, snack or meal - beautiful views of Vancouver.

Great supermarket - lots of organic, GMO-free options. Not the cheapest place due to the organic produce. Nice staff and good quality fruits and veggies. They have a small deli - can get sandwiches, samosas, and a large variety of cold salads. Remember our space does not have a kitchen but we have a fridge and sunk - could pick up breakfast options or cold made meals / salads. 4 blocks from us.

Getting Around
Closest Canada Line stop to us. Canada Line comes directly from the airport and will take you directly downtown. Airport to Downtown in just over half and hour. From this Station you will take the number #25 bus headed EAST to get to our place.

Arts & Culture
Hands down my family's favourite museum in Vancouver - showcases beautiful totem poles and lots of culture and heritage of the Native Americans people. A great introduction to the culture and life of our ancestors. We have family from France that visit frequently and they request going every single time they come to Vancouver. Perfect on a rainy day as well as its indoors! Situated at the University of British Columbia - a great way to see the university campus as well. Worth the visit!

A Vancouver staple! Would recommend taking transit from our place - the Canada line takes you within 200 meters - get off at City Centre. They always have a travelling exhibit - we have had some pretty amazing ones - including Monet and Picasso exhibits - so always check the website to see whats on. I would recommend saving time and going to the Emily Carr exhibit upstairs - a local favourite who painted our beautiful coastline in BC.

They always have a travelling exhibit - we have had some pretty amazing ones - including Monet and Picasso exhibits - so always check the website to see whats on. I would recommend saving time and going to the Emily Carr exhibit upstairs - a local favourite who painted our beautiful coastline in BC.

Simply a must see. Even as a local resident we go weekly as the food at the market is unbeatable. Great place for lunch. Beautiful ocean views. Lots of local artisans in surrounding buildings from the market. A fabulous kids store - kids only market if you are looking for a gift for a little one! Highly highly recommend!

Beautiful park in the heart of Vancouver. The gem of Vancouver. With over 10 km of sea wall surrounding the park a great and safe biking area. Beautiful and scenic a must see in Vancouver. The Vancouver Aquarium is located inside Stanley park. For the summer - outdoor pool. Also pitch and putt quick public golf course.

A wonderful establishment that local residents are proud of and support fiercely. World renowned. Highly recommend.
