Monday-Friday, open 11 AM - 2PM and every night from 5pm until they want to close. Happy hour starts right at 5 and goes until 630. This hidden gem is only a few blocks from the apartment and you can get great steamed buns and ramen for a good price. Authentic asian style cuisine for sure. Sake Bombs aren't on the menu but they can still do them if you ask! The server will know how to make it happen.

This is a cafe, bakery, and restaurant all in one! This place is vegetarian at its core with vegan options. Two bars here where you can post up and enjoy a coffee or pastry. Or both! The breakfast deals are amazing and this shop is almost across the street from the Capitol Building!

Drinks & Nightlife

Ace is a restaurant with a great bar atmosphere and delicious asian/american fusion style offerings. AND you can rent ping pong tables for the night. This area on 17th Ave is a great place for a more low key night, instead of a clubby/high energy night. *Tip* Get the tiger wings for a late night snack!

Hands down the best Karaoke bar I have ever been to. This place has two floors for busy nights, so more people can sing. And the drinks aren't expensive at all! Wide selection of songs, almost everything you can think of. And it is only a couple blocks away! Seriously. Check this place out if you're into karaoke.

This place has traditional pub food at cheap prices, but the real reason you come here are the infused shots. Everything from pickle and pepperocini to reese's and strawberry pineapple! Great place to get the night started, and you're already downtown in Lodo to explore more of the nightlife.
