Great dumplings and margaritas - I know, sounds like they don't go together, but they do! I bring all out-of-towners here to guaranteed rave reviews.

Yum! Delicious mediterranean food, yummy cocktails, great decor. I haven't been disappointed with anything I've ordered here. Go for brunch or dinner, both are great! Sit in the sun room if you can!

Best cannoli, espresso and gelato in Brooklyn. This place hasn't changed since it opened in 1976 and I wouldn't have it any other way.

Neighbourhoods
I moved to Bedstuy in 2019 after living in Williamsburg for 15 years, however I have been working in the area for 5 years which is how I came to love it. I'll add more recommendations as I get to know the neighbourhood.

I spent 15 years living in this part of North Brooklyn before moving to Bed-Stuy in 2019. While it's been completely overtaken by chain stores, high-rise condos and too many shops that only sell fancy soaps, it still has a lot of hidden gems, excellent food and cocktails. Worth a wander for the day, and it's still much less crowded than Manhattan.

I spent 15 years living in this part of North Brooklyn before moving to Bed-Stuy in 2019. While it's been completely overtaken by chain stores, high-rise condos and too many shops that only sell fancy soaps, it still has a lot of hidden gems, excellent food and cocktails. Worth a wander for the day, and it's still much less crowded than Manhattan.
