Jump on the Metro ($1.50)! The North Hollywood station is the last stop, so there is no way to get lost. It will take you all over the city from Hollywood to Long Beach.

One of the best city parks in the world. It is worth taking a day to hike one of the many trails in Griffith Park. Incredible views and beautiful landscape. It's a must do, while visiting LA.

I recommend the observatory to anyone visiting LA. It's a beautiful building that's open to the public and free to enter. Incredible views of the entire city. You can drive or better yet, hike up!

The very first Bob's Big Boy! I don't recommend the food, but it's a kick to see the original and every Friday night you can see vintage cars lined up in the parking lot!

This is the BEST bakery in the Los Angeles area. There is always a line up, but they are so organized the wait is never long. Everything tastes better at Porto's, EVERYTHING. Try a cheese roll!
