Sightseeing

A mix of shopping, dining, and dog watching, Mosaic is a great place to spend a Friday evening when you’re too tired to head to the city. An impressive list of restaurants for all occasions, our favorite stores (Madewell, Lulu Lemon, West Elm, Williams Sonoma, Anthropologie, and the nearest Target… just to name a few), fantastic movie theatre and one of the area’s best farmer’s markets (Sundays from 10:30-2pm) all call Mosaic home. If you want lots of options and a city-like vibe with just a 10 minute drive, Mosaic is your spot!

A favorite of bikers, joggers, and those who just want to stroll, the W&OD stretches for 45 miles from Shirlington to Purcellville, VA. It runs right through Vienna and is a great way to get out to the quieter side of Virginia.

Hands down our favorite place to see a show in the DMV! Every year Wolftrap’s concert line-up brings some really stellar performances to our backyard. The best part? You can bring in your own food and alcohol. See who’s in town during your stay, grab some lawn tickets, pack a picnic and enjoy!

THE spot to go when you need some retail therapy. Between Tyson’s Corner Center (aka Tysons I) and the Galleria (aka Tysons II), you’ll find what you need. Tysons I is home to outposts of most national brands, an AMC movie theatre, and a large food court, while Tysons II caters to high-end shopping (think Cartier, Burberry, and Versace).
