What an outstanding beach with its genuine white sand, the water is warm and clear, perfect for sorkelling but this time we forgot to bring the material so we missed it!
There are two entrances: 1 is from Doc Lech beach resort. 1 is next to Doc Lech.

The place must be visited when travelling to Nha Trang city
The Central Tower (Thap Nam) was built partly of recycled bricks in the 12th century on the site of a structure dating from the 7th century. It is less finely constructed than the other towers and has little ornamentation; the pyramidal roof lacks terracing or pilasters, although the interior altars were once covered with silver. There is a linga inside the main chamber.

Hon Chong owns the romantic scenery. The mountain, sea and shore are side by side. Unlike other beaches along Tran Phu Street in downtown, beach at Hon Chong area is fairly tranquil. Going to Hon Chong, tourists can comfortably sit on the rocky promontory to fish out or move a few meters of the shore to bathe in smooth sands and gentle blue waters. In particular, multi-sized islands offshore surrounding whole area reduce the wind speed and impact of the typhoon. Beach on Nha Trang Bay and Hon Chong Promontory is thus considered one of the beautiful and safe bays, which are must-see tourist spots of Nha Trang travel.
