A lovely little ex-fisherman’s village with a great pub called The Ship in the corner of the square.
Situated at the end of Embleton beach with views down to the ruin of Dunstanburgh Castle.

A lovely little ex-fisherman’s village with a great pub called The Ship in the corner of the square.
Situated at the end of Embleton beach with views down to the ruin of Dunstanburgh Castle.
Visit this on foot from either Craster or Embleton. An amazing ruined castle.
Or park at Embleton and walk north along the beach to Low Newton for a drink and some food at The Ship, return via the dunes for fantastic views over Embleton bay and the castle in the distance .
