Downtown is B U S Y. The Fulton Mall is one of the busiest in the country(so I’ve they say). If you like a deal, it’s a good spot to check out. And great for people watching. The newly opened City Point building at Willoughby and Flatbush hosts an excellent food hall downstairs and an Alamo movie theater upstairs.
