Bal Harbor has two great things: the beach and the mall. The beach is one of the best secrets in Miami, so don't tell anyone :-) Very clean beach with walk path. The mall is very expensive, but it's a nice experience if you want to experience luxury by window shopping.

Sightseeing
I love Young Circle, specially on Fridays, when they play free movies. Sometimes they have concerts and special events. Nice place to start discovering Hollywood.
