During the summer season avoid cars inside the city.
During the summer Saranda has really bad traffic. So number one rule would be to avoid moving inside the city by the car, if you dont want to get stack in the traffic all day.

Converting money
Converting money to Albanian Lek is a key thing to do if you want to save some money during your stay in albanian. The reason for that is beacuse a lot of places accept Euros and dollars but with a really bad exhcange rate usually 1 for 1.
Now about the converting part there are a lot of places in Saranda, but not all of them have good rates. You should definetly avoid exchanging money to the ''rruga 1'' (first road) as it is called in Albanian because its the most commercial road and they have really bad rates.
