FAVORITE place in town. Free. Beautiful. And close. Check out their little tea shop and take in the beauty. Fascinatingly, you'll see signs for the "Chinese tea garden," which was an absurd name change that flies in the face of it's heritage, but was changed during World War 2.

Very fun and funky (in a hip, not yucky way) bar with a great view of the city, right off the riverwalk, with parking.
