This is a neighborhood gem. It has wonderful baked goods, coffee and is perfect for breakfast or lunch. Its a 20 minute walk from our house (you will be walking up & down some pretty steep hills). It has indoor and outdoor seating.

We LOVE this place because it is within walking distance, its quaint and the food is really good. Its only open until 3, so they specialize in breakfast and lunch. It's a tiny menu and all the seating is outdoors. it's on Division Street, the walk will give you a bit of exercise (up and down some hills) but its worth it.

The food authentic Mexican and Salvadoran (thus the name, Salvamex) Everything is made to order. If you want alcohol, you'll have to bring your own. But they have delicious traditional fruity Salvadoran drinks. its good for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Only outdoor seating. Good for groups of 6 or less.

Open super late. 7 minute drive. They have valet parking.

5 minute drive. Great ever changing beer selection, funky atmosphere. Awesome for large parties. Outdoor beer garden and they usually have a food truck outside. You can also order food to be delivered. We love this place. Definitely a hipster vibe.
