You can jog, ride a byke or just walk around the park around the artificial lake of Tirana. If you're lazy to walk ;-), you can just take a tourist little train that goes around the whole park area.

If you like nature and especially mountains, do not miss the chance to visit Tirana's mountain named Dajti. It takes only 15 minutes to go up to its top by cable car, which by the way it's the longest in Balkans (4,7km). https://dajtiekspres.com/what-to-do-at-dajti-mountain/
You can go hiking, make a picnic or just enjoy the scenery while eating or drinking in one of the numerous restaurants. If you're visiting with kids, they can enjoy a horse or ponny ride, offered by local people.
