This park is now called Su Meg State Park and is a great spot to watch for whales during migratory seasons. There are many scenic trails, picnic areas and an interpretive center. There is a day use fee.

This is AMAZING! How often do you get a chance to be up in the canopy of Redwoods! This is inside the local zoo, which for a small zoo is very very impressive. There is a pretty good little cafe there as well.
