Meia Praia - this is the longest beach in Lagos. It' s a great beach to spend your day, offering soft and golden sand. Even in the high season it's not overcrowded. Along the beach you can find some beach bars/restaurants and water sports.

Praia do Camilo is a beautiful small beach nestled between the cliffs. The access to this beach is by steps and you will count over 200 of them, definitely worth of the exercise as the beach is magnificent with crystal clear water. At the top is lovely restaurant.

Ponta da Piedade is a group of spectacular rock formations, caves and sea arches along the coastline of Lagos. It is one of the most beautiful places of the Algarve and Portugal. The limestone cliffs surrounding the rock formations are up to 20m high. At the top of the Ponta da Piedade you will find a lighthouse. You can visit a Ponta da Piedade caves also by small boat. Those trips are magnificent and you can hire them in the Marina de Lagos. LITTLE TIP: do not go on those trips when the tide is in the lowest or highest level, otherwise the boats are not able to enter into each caves.
