Food Scene
There are a TON of places to eat in the area. Cape Coral is only minutes from Fort Myers and Sanibel Island where you can not only find great beaches but you can find great shopping and dining too. We have listed a few of our dining favorites but there are a ton!

What We Provide...
Our house comes equipped with all the linens and towels that you might need for your guests. Our cleaning staff will have the beds made and towels out in each bathroom. You can also find extra towels under the primary bathroom sink and in the linen closet in the spare bathroom.
We provide paper supplies and soaps to get you started on your stay but if you are staying for an extended period of time be sure to stock up on additional supplies.
We do keep a few spices and condiments in the fridge and cabinets but our staff will not keep food from guest to guest.

Canal Fishing
Our home is located right along the canal. Feel free to fish while you are here. We do not supply fishing equipment but there are several local places that you can pick up some starter sets for cheap! Some freshwater fish you might see include bass, crappie, gray snapper, sheepshead and several species of sunfish. Please use caution on our dock. Children and pets should always be supervised.

House Access
You will receive door codes and directions for you stay the day before your arrival. Our house is equipped with a time coded door lock. You will simply input the code provided to you to access the home. Please ensure all doors are locked if you leave the home including the back sliding doors. Guests do not have access to the garage during their stay. If for some reason you need special accommodations to store equipment please let us know.

Airports
We are lucky to have several Airports close to Cape Coral. Fort Myers Airport is located about 15-20 minutes away. Punta Gorda is also located about 30 minutes away. Sarasota is also an option for flying it but it is a little further drive about an hour and a half.

Boat Tours
There are several local companies that provide various boat tours to guests. Depending on the provider you choose, you may be able to schedule a sunset cruise, or choose the size of boat you’d prefer to be on, whether that’s a larger or smaller vessel.

Our new Swim Spa allows the entire family to enjoy cooling hot during the hot Florida weather! On our back porch next to the sliding door are a list of POOL RULES that we ask you abide by during your stay. If there are any issues with the pool, please let us know. ENJOY!
