Contrary to stereotypes, there are few good classic brasseries in the capital. But they are always well known to the Parisians, where those regulars are. One of my favorites is Petit Lutetia (75006), which generously presents the classics of French cuisine and even has frog legs (do not believe it, but this is a rarity in the capital). Foie gras, snails, scrambled eggs (here, they eat it not only for breakfast), entrecote ... and other delicacies that the locals love to pamper their receptors so much.
Atmosphere to match St. Germain: bourgeois romance. A great place for a date or meeting with a girlfriend for current gossip. Neighboring tables are usually locals - so don't be surprised by the number of vintage kellies per square meter.
A huge selection of desserts (this is important) and an excellent wine list, including for wines (which is not often found in such establishments).

The kitchen is simple but sophisticated, I like to call this category “domestic high”. French, seasonal and regularly changing positions. The portions are full, and the prices are budget, which makes the establishment twice unique, given the location.
The Asian trend is spreading very quickly around the world, especially in France. If earlier you could see, for the most part, Japanese establishments, today you begin to notice the dynamics towards Koreans.

It is worth coming here for a simple but high-quality wine list, honest cuisine, mouth-watering truffle pasta and a small shop with selective Italian products. The chef personally carries delights, or asks his friends. Fortunately, there are enough Italians in Paris.

At lunch, there is a menu in which a dish + dessert + drink or a starter + dish + drink (yes, even wine) cost only 15 €.

The interior deserves special attention, because many objects are handmade and pull to the title of Art object. Simple, clear, aesthetically pleasing and inexpensive. If you have always dreamed of an Italian grandmother, this is the place for you!

Restaurants of classic French cuisine often give a bad impression of the capital. I will not tire of repeating that you cannot sit in the first brasserie that comes across - because you will spoil your impression of the city, but most importantly - deprive yourself of pleasure, or rather, gastronomic pleasures.

The service is friendly and more cheerful, as it should be in places where the tourist's foot rarely sets foot. Flirting and joking with staff are guaranteed.

MrT is the most sophisticated restaurant from the democratic network of Asian cuisine. It is infinitely beautiful, cozy, tasty, original and drunk here. Very fair prices for food and wine of this level (tasting menu 69€, appetizer/dish/dessert menu 28€, cocktails 12€ photo menu in stories).

I advise you to sit at the bar and watch the chef in the open kitchen. He works there alone, so you have to wait a little longer than expected. But behind a pleasant conversation, this can be overlooked.

I haven't been to establishments with such a kaleidoscope for a long time, but, in fairness, everything is very tasty!
