This is showing the old style of Szamos Cafes. Very nice inside and outside. The cakes and Cafe Budapest are amazing. You can't go home without trying this... :-)

The 19th century's most beautiful road. (Underneath metro 1 line -Europe's first metro line- also worth a ride.) Full with spectacular villas and museums, finishing at Hero's Square. You can get to Andrassy Ut from our apartment in 5 mins walk.

You can get there by bus 16 from Deak Square/ Deak Ter. The Castle is a remarkable spot of Budapest. There are many museums in the area if weather would be too cold or too hot.

This park is still in the centre of Budapest. In wintertime you can go for ice-skating, to spend a nice day in one of Budapest's nicest thermal baths, other time of the year you can rent a bike and enjoy nature.
